Claim Procedure

Easy and Quick Process

1. Reporting Insurance

Please submit a claim report by calling our customer contact center or sending an email no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the occurrence of loss or damage.

2. Report Received

Once we have received your claim report, we will contact you to coordinate a survey.

3. Claim Survey

We will send you the survey report once the survey has been conducted.
